Charles and Anna already had the difficult task of telling a large group of powerful alphas that their lives are about to change forever and they don't have a say - a dangerous proposition at best. Then Anna got attacked by vampires and things got a great deal more lethal.

Hunting Ground picks up a little while after Cry Wolf with an adjusting and somewhat more confident Anna. The personal and relationship growth between book one and book two is nice to see and enhances the story.

Readers should be aware that this is an adult series and contains some matterial inappropriate for younger readers.

  • some language
  • injuries
  • killing
  • references to broken bones
